The Utena Movie! As a standalone movie, it really doesn’t make a lot of sense. It’s so laden with metaphors that it can be difficult to make sense of even for people who love the series. Regardless, the visuals in this movie are absolutely stunning & unforgettable imo. Such lovely character revamps and so many rose petals!

It's ChuChu from his only appearance in the movie! Wow! I am quite excited to have a cel of just Chu Chu because you just never see them 🙂 A big, big thanks to Bri for pointing out where this is located! I'm putting a sequence-mate screencap from Empty Movement up until I have time to drag out ye old DVDs.
