Seeing Anthy's distress at a clothing mishap orchestrated by Nanami, Utena immediately ditches the frilly dress she wore to the ball & dons her princely garb to swoop to Anthy's rescue...

I love this scene - it really captures a tender moment between the two of them - so romantic! It's really nice to see them together and happy to boot. This cel is used several different times in the dance sequence near the end of the episode.
