Touga - Ep12

Those eyes! This cel really displays Touga's personality and bishonen-ness very well. The B10 Layer is his hair, which I assume moved in the scene, and the A2 End layer is his face. Unfortunately, the layers are welded together. Very cool cel - I am very lucky to have this piece of him.

I'm also very lucky to have Bri out there watching Utena! She spotted Touga in episode 12, right before Wakaba splashes water all over Anthy - Thank you so much!
