It's chibi Utena! This scene just breaks my heart in two every time. Bitty Utena begs for someone to save a little girl... Her sorrow is palpable here!

Wow, just...wow. This cel is so special to me - I never dreamed I would ever own a cel from this sequence, especially here, where Utena's pain & frustration are at its peak.

It has two layers for Utena's mouth, one open & another closed. I tried to match the colors closer in Photoshop since the pinks are so washed out by my scanner.
