  • Gallery Sync!

    Welp, it looks like Rubberslug is down since the last time I checked. Which, apparently, it’s been a few years lol. I’ve always wondered each time it drops offline, is this is going to be the last time? So this time may actually be it for the site for good, no clue!

    Of course, it’s been ‘not THAT long’ since I made sure the gallery here was in sync with the RS version (reader: it was literal years in a way that I was not ready to fully process when I realized ‘oh shit, RS is down again…’), but there are several updates that need to get reflected here.

    I am in the process of getting what was only on Rubberslug reflected here but it will take me a minute; thankfully, I was able to locate the relevant files, descriptions, etc., so hopefully not THAT long.

    Glad I started this gallery years ago at this point however! Anyway, if anyone actually sees this, expect some updates in the next few days with getting this place up date.

  • Fixed Gallery Issue

    Apparently this gallery was down! I didn’t even notice until today as RS has been down again this weekend. I was thinking, “Oh no big deal, I have an offsite backup!” And it lead to me click on the link that leads here to…crickets. So got that issue corrected & of course, just now realizing that I have fallen out of the habit of updating both galleries in tandem!

    I am working to put any items up from RS since the last update & getting the gallery itself fixed because right now, it’s ugly 😛

    Anywho, small steps toward forward progress!

  • Updated Gallery

    Rubberslug being down really freaked me out & reinforced the purpose of this gallery, off RS. It’s still having problems, but I able to get to the scans & descriptions for the items that were not yet here. There’s a few cels I haven’t scanned yet, but everything from Rubberslug should now be updated here at this point. Whew!

  • Rubberslug Down

    It looks like rubberslug has been down for over two weeks now, meaning any new scans I put up over there will need to be uploaded here.

    I was lazy and only put about 5-7 new items since the last update on RS and not here also. Given that, I will probably need to re scan the items. Bleh!

  • Added Storyboards, Misc

    The minute you say you’re done, inevitably there’s something you missed. Well, for me anyway. I completely missed the Utena Storyboard section in RS & a few other sections (Sky Girls, Hentai mainly), so I got the storyboards & a few cels from Words Worth added into the Utena Storyboards & Misc Cels & sketches respectively this morning.

    So left to migrate:
    * Sky Girls Sketches
    * Remained of hentai cels

    Pretty sure that’s everything.

    Also! I have a few items I haven’t scanned yet from Oniisama E, UFO Princess Valkyrie & quite a few sets that only have a couple of scans of the items. I finally got a scanner, so maybe this summer when I have time (haha!), I’ll get a chance to go through those & get them posted.

  • Sketch Migration Complete!

    FINALLY finished off the sketch migration today. Well that only took six months. In any case, the majority of the artwork on my rubberslug gallery has been pulled over. There’s a couple of incoming cels that I have not yet posted; I’ll try to get to that soon.

    HURRAH! It feels great to finally be done & actually have a separate (but updated at the same times) gallery that I have control over.

  • Migration Continues

    The Great Migration continues! Today I pulled over these cels/sketches from RS:

    * Suzie Smoking – Sex Criminals Original Sketch
    * Tenamonya Voyagers Cel
    * Mawaru Penguindrum Copy Layout & Background Set
    * Keroro Gunso Sketch Set
    * Petite Princess Yucie Sketch Set
    * Hyper Police Hanken

  • Slowly Migrating

    I was able to get a basic catalog structure set up as the foundation for the gallery today & ended up getting around 25+ items added here from RS.

    Probably the slowest piece of this is actually saving the images from RS from each page, which, that part is definitely a slog. Seeing the progress in presentation & functionality definitely gave me a boost today to push to upload more items.

    Hopefully I can keep up a portion of the pace I had today though to get this sucker fully pulled over. It’s really nice to see progress on it!

  • Building a New Cel Gallery

    I am in the process of moving my cel gallery entries here from Rubberslug. It’s going to be a little rocky at first, but I am looking forward to it!
