Hyper Police Hanken

A hanken cel from Hyper Police! Such a cute series & Natsuki is a particularly cute catgirl from the 90's -- right up my alley.

I have admired others' artwork from this series, but haven't seen too much that I was driven to collect. Plus, it has catgirls, which is another major plus for me, making it kinda weird that I haven't picked any artwork from this one.

However! I spied this & couldn't get my info put in quick enough. It's such a nice image of the main characters & a hanken cel.

I am not sure if this a reproduction or not. I know that there were handpainted hanken repos for Hyper Police & other Studio Perriot cels at that time, so it's possible that's the case.
